Your new marketing team will be led by your very own dedicated marketing manager who will be your single point of contact. This makes communication between you and your marketing team go as smoothly as possible.
The first thing that your marketing manager will do is work with you to put together a custom marketing plan that accomplishes your marketing objectives. Once your marketing plan is approved, your marketing manager will then assemble your custom marketing team who will help carry out your marketing plan. Once your custom marketing team is assembled, your marketing manager will then handle all of the day-to-day operations of carrying out your marketing plan with your marketing team so that you have more time to do what you do best which will be adjusting to the additional business that your marketing efforts will bring.
Each marketing project that your custom marketing team works on is unique because each business and/or product is unique. What this means is that some marketing projects will be simple and only require 1 marketing specialist while other projects will be more complex and require 5 or more marketing specialists. No matter how many marketing specialists are needed to be hired for your custom marketing team to complete your marketing project, your dedicated marketing manager will work with your entire team to make sure that your marketing project is a success.
To give you a better idea of how this works, here are a couple of examples of common marketing projects:
- E-Commerce Store Maintenance – Teams of 1 to 2 marketing specialists required – If your marketing project consists of updating the products in your e-commerce store, then you would simply contact your product marketing manager and he/she would either
- Option 1 – Complete the assignment by themself if it’s in the best interest of the client. This is done for as-needed smaller projects.
- Option 2 – Hire one of our copywriters to carry out the content part of the project and then hire one of our Graphic Designers to carry out any custom graphics needed for the project. This is usually the option chosen for larger projects.
- E-Commerce Store Development – 1 to 4 marketing specialists required – If your marketing project consists of developing a custom e-commerce store for 2,000 of your products, then you would simply contact your dedicated marketing manager and he/she would hire our E-Commerce Developer to start building out your e-commerce store.
- Our Copywriter would then be hired to help write your copy for your store and your product descriptions.
- Our Graphic Designer would be hired to get your product photos and graphics for your store.
- Our Marketplace Coordinator would then be hired to integrate your e-commerce products with online marketplaces.
- Our Social Media Specialist would then be hired to integrate your social media accounts into and out of your e-commerce store.
Monthly Retainers
All of our clients are on monthly retainers. We find that this is the best pricing model for our clients (and us) because it allows us to easily track our marketing team’s time and stay on budget for all of our marketing projects.
Every client that we have is month-to-month, so if at any time you decide that this isn’t for you, just let us know in writing and we will either pause or terminate (your choice) the marketing projects that your marketing team is working on for you immediately.
Pricing
Our custom marketing team packages start at $2,500 per month and go up from there. This monthly retainer will go towards the labor of all of the members of your marketing team who work on your marketing projects each month, including your marketing manager.
Our highly skilled and vetted marketing specialists all have different hourly rates and this rate depends on the marketing specialist and the marketing specialist’s area of expertise. For example, we have social media specialists for as low as $25 per hour and we have full-stack developers with rates as high as $150 per hour. All marketing team members and their respective rates will have to be approved by you and your marketing team manager before any work is started.
Important note: The pricing for these monthly retainers subscriptions includes the cost of labor only for your custom marketing teams. Any additional marketing costs associated with non-labor items like Pay-Per-Click (PPC) budgets, software subscription fees, print marketing material, and so on will be priced separately. All additional non-labor costs must be approved by both you and your marketing manager in writing before any of these services are carried out.
